Ragnarok Labryrinth error

Hei own i play in Ragnarok was trying to do labyrinth to get skylord artifact but the door just opened one time......ive tried the combination again and again and nothing 
ive seen in some forums that its a bug and the server needs restart or something for the door to open again .. thnkx anyways
